For any catering event there will be a $300 minimum charge.

 

We accept all major credit/debit cards -  Thank you for your business!!

 

We can accommodate special diets so don't be afraid to ask!!!!!

Bulk orders - If you provide the meat to be cooked the current charge is $8 per pound of meat. This will be cooked and packaged for your personal use. You must pick up your meat unless other arrangements are made in advance. Thank you !!

Although smoking is our main way to cook, we can also bake, grill or cook on our portable flattop, if that meets your needs. We are now offering traditional catering foods (roast beef, baked chicken, etc.), and grilled meats as well as our smoked meats, prices are the same regardless of cooking method. Some meats are more expensive than others and the market also fluctuates, so please be sure to contact us for exact pricing.

  We are also an allergen friendly business - if you have an allergy just let us know and we can create a menu just for you!!!

 

  We are happy to answer any questions you have !!!

 

We can do special request meats  (prime rib, premium steaks, etc) but be aware that prices will be more depending on the meat -- be sure to ask for details.

When ordering meat for catering please note: If you would like your guests to have a serving of EACH meat it will be more than the price listed. The price listed is for each guest to have ONE serving of ONE type of meat.  It is suggested that you have your guests list their preferred meat so that we get an accurate count and all your guests get what they want.  Please ask questions when you  contact us so that there are no misunderstandings!  Thank you for thinking of us for your next event!!

If you would like Brisket or Ribs as the additional meat add $4 per person. _____________________________

Choice of Brisket or Ribs with 2 sides $18 per person If you want extra sides add $2 per per for each additional side

If you add a meat from the pulled pork list add $2 per person (example, Brisket and pulled pork with 2 sides -$20 per person)

If you add a meat - Brisket or ribs add $4 per person (example, Brisket and ribs with 2 sides -$22 per person) ____________________________
